Conservation Development Foundation, Board of Governors (BoG) meeting dated 2080 Shrawan 13 (September 23, 2023) had decided to held “12^th Annual General Meeting (AGM)” on Saturday, 2080 Ashoj 06 (September 23, 2023).

Agendas of 12^th Annual General Assembly Are:

1. Receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts
2. Appointment and fixing of the remuneration of the statutory auditors for Fiscal Year 2080/2081
3. Election of new BoG.
