15th Annual General Assembly 2083 (2026)

CODEFUND successfully convened its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 30, 2026, in Kathmandu, bringing together members, stakeholders, and partners to review the organization’s progress and financial performance over the Fiscal Year 2082/2083 (2025/2026). The assembly formally observed and approved the annual reports and financial statements, reaffirming the foundation’s commitment to transparent and participatory governance in its mission to advance conservation, biodiversity protection, and community resilience across Nepal. The event also served as a strategic platform for discussing future priorities, including climate adaptation and sustainable livelihood initiatives in alignment with national and international environmental frameworks.
